"With existing bus service to the sit'' from downtown Minneapolis, <br />this site will be readily available to all population groups." <br />Scotch Pine Lane is the only public Street between County 15 and the <br />gardens where "all population groups" can view the homes of "The Estate <br />Area". I feel we might be on display during the warm months once these <br />gardens arc improved. That does not appeal to me. <br />5.Too much blacktop . <br />I would like to rerove all the blacktop from this street except for the <br />area between Hill's driveway and North Shore Drive. The CUy constantly <br />discourages hard surfacing near the lake. Here Is a chance to get rid of <br />most or all of this blacktop that sends water running Into Whalen's marsh. <br />The access from the bottom of my present driveway to Hill's would be replaced <br />oy gravel.
