He have reviewed <br />the proposed plat and have the following reconmendatlons. <br />1.Dedicate an additional 17.0 feet of right of way - a total of 50.0 feet <br />from and along the centerline of CSAH 51. <br />2.Access to all lots should be from the proposed street rather than fj^ <br />CSAH 51. Streets and entrances from CSAH 51 will require permits which <br />must be obtained from the Haintenanre Section of the Hennepin County <br />Department of Public Works. <br />3.All proposed construction or altercclons witnin county right of way must <br />be approved by the Hennepin County Oepartnent of Public Works. <br />If there are any questions please contact Craig D.
