Note that in our original submittal on <br />August 25th we had called the replat DICON 2ND <br />ADDITION, but have now decided to call it SCOTCH PINE <br />ADDITION. Our revised graphics arc; labeled <br />accordingly. <br />1.11" X IV" copy of the revised preliminary plat. <br />Note that minor modifications to the interior lot <br />lines have been made based upon input received <br />from the land o*/mers. Note also that we are <br />proposing to dedicate a 20 foot wide utility <br />easement centered on the in place sanitary sewer <br />main which serves the properties. <br />2.11" X 17" copy of existing conditions map for the <br />project. Note that from a building setback <br />standpoint, the existing and proposed building <br />setbacks are either identical or they increase <br />based upon the revised lot lines incorporating the <br />right of way being vacated. <br />3 11" X 17" copy of preliminary grading plan showing <br />proposed grading, existing and proposed hard cover <br />areas, notes regarding utility adjustment and <br />abandonment and erosion control.
