They propose to vacate the <br />Scotch Pine Lane right-of-way and convert the cul-dc-sac and a significant portion ot the road <br />into lawn areas. Further, they propose to replat the vacated right-ot-way so that each owTier <br />will acquire title to their respective portions of right-of-way in a configuration acceptable to <br />each owner. Marileld and Hill will maintain a shared driveway at the current street location. <br />Toles will develop a new driveway onto North Shore Drive. <br />The application involves the vacation of easements dedicated to the public for utility and <br />drainace purposes as well as the regranting of specific easements for drainage and existing <br />utilities. <br />Summan' of Issues <br />In the October 13 staff memo, a number of issues wiih the proposed vacation and leplat were <br />identified: <br />1.Fire safcty/cmergency vehicle access. <br />bkaSIii
