Tillson ’s Villa Carman .Addition. <br />Orono. Minnesota. <br />You will recall that my son ’s application was denied on the grounds that Lot I is net considered a <br />buildable "lot of record" because \ allegedly "combined Lots 1, 3. 4 and Outlot I for ta.\ <br />purposes." and our ordinances thereby require re-subdivision. We understand the City in relying <br />on the factual accuracy of the foiiowing: <br />I.That I "combined the lots for ta,\ purposes," i.e. 1 combined my lots <br />and received a real estate tax savings or credit because of it. <br />To build on one of the Lots on this previously combined property, <br />I must now re-5ubdi’. ide - creating .new "Lots ol Record". <br />In re-3ubdividiiig the Lot.s. the iuea requirements of the 1984 <br />subdividing anti zoning ordinance must be fully complied with.
