Stephen Peterson, Sandra Smith, Dale Lindquist. <br />Candace Rowlette, Charles Nolan, Jr., and Janice Berg, Building and Zoning <br />Administrator Jeanne Mabusth and Recorder Sherry Frost represented StatJ <br />Counalmembers Jabbour and Goenen were present. Lots 1-4 could gam access from the road outlot and lot 5 from <br />Frederick Street. Today, lot 2 achieves access from outlot and combined lots 1, 3, and <br />from direct accesses at Casco Point Road and Frederick Street <br />whether the lot wall achieve access vaa a pnvate road or driveway outlot Lot 1 has access <br />from Casco Point Road from an existing approved curb cut. Lot 4 has an existing access <br />from Frederick Street. The code states that only two lots can be served trom a driveway <br />outlot and that the back lot meet 150% of required area. <br />The lines of existing sewer and water service to residence would need to be located and <br />shewn on survey, the location for the water conneaion for the onginal house is <br />unknown. The sewer may come from Casco Point Road. There may be a need for an <br />easement depending on their locauons A municipal sewer line intersects lot 4 at the <br />northwest comer. The City would ask for an easement over the sewer Une. <br />/
