1. <br />j. <br />4. <br />Applicant shall provide a surN'Cy locating all appro\-ed structural improvements with <br />the application for a building permit. <br />Applicant has been advised by the Orono staff that the c.xisting on-site septic disposal <br />system is non-conforming and not designed to support the four-bedroom addition. <br />A new septic system must be installed before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued to <br />the owners. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicants, <br />but are permissive only and must be exercised by application tor a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval, or this variance will expire on that <br />date (October 23. 1996). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the temis and conditions of this vari.ince <br />shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically tenninate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />5. The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms ot <br />this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the Chain ot Title ot the property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held on the 23rd day of October. 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothv M.
