It was <br />recommended that fonnal action on the vacation be delayed until the tinal plat is approved and <br />a new drainage easement dedicated over the drainageway. The enclosed resolution approving <br />the vacation has been drafted per the conditions of the Planning Commission recommendation. <br />The applicant has fulfilled all conditions of preliminary' plat approval. In addition applicant has <br />provided all the necessary submittals and payment of fees. The plat resolution has been drafted <br />per the pertinent findings and conditions set forth in the preliminary plat resolution. <br />COL^CIL ACTION REQUT:STED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed resolutions approving the vacation of the drainage <br />easement within Lot 6 Block 1 of the Stielow Addition and approval of the 3-lot plat known as <br />Fox Hollow.
