The City Assessor <br />has established a Fair Market Value for the new lot at $45,000. The Park Dedication Fee is 8% <br />of this amount, or $3,600, due at the time of final plat approval. <br />As I have received the title opinion from Kenneth Schivonc, the subdivision will be scheduled for <br />final approval by the City Council upon receipt of the mylars from your surveyor and the <br />easement documents as required in Resolution #3556. <br />Please contact me at 473*7357 if you have any questions. <br />Michael P.
