The pond will be <br />installed within a one acre wetland covering approximately 16.500 s.f. or .3 acres of the Type <br />1 wetland. It will be located at the nonhwest side of the lot close to the rear yards of the <br />residential lots on Cygnet Place. <br />The subject lot is not developed. Review Exhibit I. septic test sites are to the extreme <br />south of the propeny with the proposed house site to die east or adjacent to a large stand of trees <br />within the east or street yard. The best way to review the site of the pond would be to approach <br />the area from the driveway within the outlot to the south of property. From this point you can <br />view treeless area where the pond will be located.
