Hardcover in the 0-75 <br />setback area has been reduced from 20.5% in the original proposal to 17.8%, and in the <br />75-250’ setback area the original proposal was at 65.9% and is now proposed at 60%. <br />3.The garage addition has now been moved to the north side yard located 3^ from the side <br />lot line and is shown at two stories. Approximately V4 of the 22’ x 22’ pad has been <br />tucked within original 26’ x 38.5’ principal structure pad. Has relocating the garage to <br />the north lot line minimized the impact of the second story?
