The addition provides a formal entrance to <br />the residence and allows for the use of the original staircase providing access to the upper level. <br />Review E.xhibits E and F, note there is a second floor above the garage with this layout. The <br />bath and laundry roiun have been shown in an undesignaied open area. <br />Review Exhibits A.
