The garage is being moved approximately <br />9.7’ to the east and will be located 3.3’ from the second detached garage 2.6 from street lot <br />line. The structure will remain at 3'/^’ from the north side lot line. <br />A second directive of the Council was that in order to compensate for the increase m the <br />structural coverage of 1 % by moving of the 20’x24 ’ structure within boundaries of property that <br />a minimum of 140 s.f. of paving hardcover was to be removed. Review the enclosed sue plan, <br />applicant proposes removal of 253.6 s.f. of paving improvements. The following reflects the <br />variances to pertinent ordinances as amended by the Council recommendation: <br />Section 10.03.
