MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 2t, 1995 <br />(il5) INTERIM STAFF ASSISTANCE FOR ACTING POLICE CHIEF <br />Callahan moved, Hurr seconded, to approve interim staff assistance for the Acting Police <br />Chief through shiftily duties and increasing hours of current staff, and adjusting pay rates <br />as recommended in the memo from Gary Cheswick; and funding the additional $6,471 of <br />expenditures through the contingency account Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />(•16) MANAGEMENT REPORT - 1994 AUDIT <br />No action is required. <br />(#17) POLICE OFHcER CONTRACT SETTLEMENT <br />CaUahan moved, Goetten seconded, to approve the 1995/19% Police Officer Contract <br />Settlement as set out in the Request for Council Action, and to authorize the City <br />Administrator to prepare and sign a contract reflecting the settlement package. Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0 <br />CITY ATTORNEY’S REPORT <br />City Attorney Barrett had no report. <br />(•#18) LICENSES <br />Goetten moved, Kelley seconded, to approve the following license; Ayes 4, Nays 0 <br />Home Occupation License <br />Annual Review <br />Norum and Pearson, P.A. <br />3264 North Shore Drive <br />(•#19) BILLS <br />Goetten moved.
