Request for Council Action continued <br />page 2 of 2 <br />September 6, 1995 <br />Zoning File #2048 <br />Rather than establishing a deadline for applicants, the Planning Commission has recommended <br />that the on-site septic manager complete an inspection every two months to ensure there is no <br />failure of the existing system now at the six bedroom use level. Until the matter ot sewer is <br />resolved, should the systems fail during this period of time the tankf- would have to be pumped <br />on a regular basis or the City may have to ask all use or p iilial use of the bedrooms within the <br />accessory structure be curtailed until the structure is served by a satisfactory sewage disposal <br />system. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the conditions of the Planning <br />Commission approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution. <br />I
