This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2036. <br />The propeny is located in the LR-IB Lakeshore Residential Zoning District <br />requirinc one acre in area. The property consists ot 6,812 s.t. or .16 acre. <br />The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application at their July 17. 1995 <br />meeting and recommended approval of the variance application as amended, based <br />upon the following unique findings and hardships; <br />A.Lot 10 of the Loma Linda plat was created in 1912 prior to any standards <br />for residential development. <br />B.Based on the City Assessor’s record, the existing residence structure was <br />built in 1934 prior to any standards for residential construction within the <br />township at that time. <br />Page 2 of 7 <br />1
