The <br />Planning Commission unanimously denied applicant's request to approve a two-story garage <br />addition based on the original intent of Planning Commission to maintain appro.ximate building <br />envelope of existing structure i)n severely substandard lakeshore parcel. The Planning <br />Commission reaffirmed its original recommendation that allowed for a 48 s.f. expansion <br />(addition of 3’ x 8' comers of residence at northeast and southeast) of the original principal <br />structure envelope and a 22’ x 22’ attached garage addition (159.8 s.f. expansion) that would <br />replace the single-story detached 22.2’ x 14.6’ garage. <br />The findings and conditions of the original Planning Commission recommendation remain <br />as originally proposed to Council.
