It remove several thousand square feet of hard cover and lessen the run oiY of salts <br />and oil ftom the street into the marsh and lake <br />2. It will save the City the cost of maintaining the existing street. <br />3. It will reduce the number of car tnps to and from Scotch Pme by lost people. <br />4. It will reduce the casual driver from tumine down the street locking for access to the <br />lake. <br />5. It wnll make the area safer for diildrca. <br />5. It will increase security to the existing hemes <br />,6.
