The size of this building is necessary to store grounds <br />maintenance equipment <br />CL^P Request - Commercial/Tndustrial Use <br />Lakeview Golf Course is requesting permission to construct a 45 * X 100’ storage <br />building. The building will house unsightly grounds maintenance equipmert (lawn <br />mowers, tractors, hand equipment, etc.), keeping the course appearance neat. <br />CUP Request - Land .Mteration (IQl yards grading) <br />Lakeview Golf Course is requesting a land alteration CUP. We would like to relocate <br />fairway ’s 15 and 16 (see plan) to accommodate the "average” golfer and to make a more <br />attractive facility for our patrons, as well as our neighbors. We will nd be importing or <br />exporting any fill, simply moving existing soil and re-landscaping. (We will be moving <br />approximately 1800 cubic yards.) Please be assured this will happen in a very timely <br />manner to reduce impact on the whole area.
