Staff would recommend approval of the proposed grading activity involving fairways #15 <br />and #16, including the potential excavation of a small pond in the upland. Any <br />recommendation for approval should include adherence to "Best Management Practices <br />for Protecting Water Quality in Urban Areas" and the environmental control standards <br />of the Shoreland Ordinance, Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (J) (5) (the proposed fairway <br />reconstruction is within the Shoreland District). <br />2.
