Hardcover in the 0-75’ setback area has been decreased by 225 s.f. or 4.8%. <br />Total hardcover on the property has been reduced 113.5 s.f. or 0.08%. <br />4. Other issues raised by Plaiming Commission. <br />Options of Action <br />To deny, approve or amend variance application seeking approval of structural coverage, <br />hardcover excesses within the 75-250 setback area and side setback variances for property <br />located at 1670 Shady wood Road. Any recommendation of approval must include the condition <br />that hardcover improvements scheduled for removal must be completed prior to the footing <br />inspection for the new approved construction.
