It is expressly understood and agreed that the <br />obligations and warranties of the Entity under Sections 3. 4, 5. 6. 7.6. <br />7 7 and 8.3 hereof and the obligations and warranties of the Entity <br />which by their sense and context are intended to survive the performance <br />thereof by the Entity, shall so survive the completion of performance <br />and termination or cancellation of this Agreement. <br />I
