This information is now available <br />to cities, at a nominal cost ($250) as the first step in developing a computerized mapping <br />capability. The County requires a resolution and a conditional use agreement prior to releasing <br />the information to the city. Both are attached for Council review and approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQLESTED: <br />Motion to adopt a resolution authorizing the city to enter into a conditional use agreement for <br />the use of Hennepin County’s proprietary geographical data base and to authorize the Mayor and <br />City Clerk to sign the conditional use agreement.
