2. <br />r <br />3. <br />4. <br />Owner of Parcel A shall grant to the City a 5* drainage and utility easement along <br />the newly defined east lot line. <br />The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Sur\ey shall be filed <br />by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin County Recorder’s Office or <br />Registrar of Titles Office on or before January 10, 1996 together with a certified <br />original copy of this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been <br />filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessaiy- to file a new <br />application with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this 10th day July, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
