The purpose of the public hearing was to receive comments from the public <br />regarding the proposed project. The comments received were as recorded in the minutes of the <br />hearing. <br />The purpose of the project is to widen the roadway to enable lane channelization to match the <br />new Willow and Highway 12 signalized intersection. The project will provide a left-turn lane <br />from Willow to Highway 12 and a right-mm lane from Willow into the Otten property. <br />There was no action taken regarding the project at the June 26 meeting due to the need for a <br />4/5’s vote. It is recommended the Council now take action to approve moving ahead with the <br />Willow Drive improvement proje't. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />Motion to adopt the attached resolution calling for the Willow Drive improvement
