SuWvision 2 are each hereby amended by adding the foUowmg defmittons: <br />-to, Raef - A lot tvpicallv separated from a public or private road by another lot and <br />utoh aains ac-ss toL public or private road via a narrow corridor. Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.03 is amenoed by add <br />Subdivision 27 which shall read as follows; <br />Subd 27 SpecialStandardsforBackLotsCreatedAfterJanuary I, 1994^ <br />L defmed I this section which were created as pan of a subdivision |hat received <br />preliminary subdivision approval after Janua^ 1, 1994 are <br />special requirements in addition to the standards required m Section 11.31, Subdivisi <br />5 of the Orono Subdivision Code: <br />A.Dimensional standards for back lots shall be as follows: <br />1.Lot area shall be 150% of the zoning district requirement. <br />Lot width measured parallel to the front or street lot line at the <br />Street vard setback line of a lakeshore back lot, or at e ron <br />setback line of a nonlakeshore back lot. shall meet the <br />distnc: width requirement. The street yard or tront yard for ^ <br />back lot will be a yard starting where the n^ow o <br />corridor ends and the lot begins.
