rw # <br />NOW, TUEREKORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hcrehy approveii the plat of Rcuu .Varais, Hennepin <br />County, .''linnccotc, and incorporatir.cj withir. this approval the granting <br />ot a variance to the recui rer.er.t for ircr.tage cn a public st'rcet for <br />Lot 2; subject to the following conditions: <br />1.Lots 1 and 2 shall share a single driveway access onto rox <br />Street rather than accessing fror. the existing private road <br />in'jr.cdiately west of che property.
