r <br />an entire lot and the living unit <br />thereon. <br />VI.The Declaration and the First Amendment are <br />hereby amended by adding to Article VI, para­ <br />graph 2 the following: <br />In the event more than nine (9) lots <br />result from the subdivision of any <br />Lot as allowed hereunder, then such <br />amendment shall be agreed to by <br />seven (7J Owners and all Mortgagees <br />of record. <br />► <br />VII.Except as otherwise amended herein, the Decla­ <br />ration of Covenants, Conditions and Rastric- <br />tions and the First Amendment to the Declara­ <br />tion of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions <br />referred to above shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />VIII.The parties hereto do hereby consent that in <br />the event any party endeavors to bring an ac­ <br />tion for the addition of the original Declara­ <br />tion, the First Amendment or this Second <br />Amendment to the body of any certificate of <br />title evidencing ownership of any of the lots <br />restricted by the Declaration, the parties <br />hereto consent to such addition to the body of <br />any such certificate of title, and waive all <br />rights to notice of commencement of a proceed­ <br />ing subsequent to the initial registration of <br />land brought to accomplish such addition and <br />to the entry of an appropriate order of the <br />court with respect thereto. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed <br />this agreement as of the day and year fxrst above written.
