RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR <br />WILLOW DRIVE IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, a motion of the city council adopted the 22nd day of May, 1995, fixed a <br />date for the council hearing on the proposed improvement of the intersection of Trunk Highway <br />12 and 650 feet north on Willow Drive, aiKl <br />WHEREAS, ten days’ mailed notice and two weeks’ published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 26th day of June, 1995, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an oppommity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ORONO, MINNESOTA; <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution <br />adopted this 26 day of June, 1995. <br />2.Plans and specifications prepared by Glenn Cook, engineer for such improvement <br />pursuant to council resolution, a copy of which plans and specifications is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved and shall be filed <br />with the city clerk. <br />Adopted by the council this__day of_____, 1995. <br />ATTEST:Edward J.
