A RESOLUTION DIRECTING HENNEPIN COUNT\ <br />TO PREPARE PRELIMINARY PLANS <br />FOR COUNTY ROAD 15 EAST OF <br />ORONO ORCHARD ROAD <br />WHEREAS, Hennepin County has presented conceptual plans for improvements <br />to County Road 15 east of Orono Orchard Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has reviewed the plans and has conducted a public <br />m«.‘cling for the residents to offer comments; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council agrees that preliminary plans showing more detail <br />should be completed. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City CouncU does hereby <br />direct Hennepto County to prepare preliminary plans for improvements to County Road <br />of Orono Orchard Road to the Orono/Wayzata border. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meetmg <br />held this 22nd day of May, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
