Permitted Uses. Within any "B-4" Office and <br />Professional Business District, no structure or land shall be usee <br />except for one or more of the following uses: <br />A. Municipal Buildings. Municipal buildings where <br />the use conducted is customarily considered to be an office use. <br />B. Offices. Professional offices and offices of <br />the oeneral nature. ^^ C. Clinics. Clinics for human care on an out <br />patient basis only. <br />D. Banks and Insurance Offices. <br />Subd. 4. Conditional Uses. Within the "B-4" Office and <br />Professional Business District no structure or land shalx be usea <br />for the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br />A.
