She felt *e ordinance woring <br />was restricUve enough with the 500’ limitations to ehminate a problem with shelters being <br />located in any other areas. <br />Peterson reported on a petition received in favor of the shelter. 43 signatures wot on the <br />petition and came from the Westonka area. There were no comments for or against any <br />changes in the code. <br />The application will be heard at the Council meeting of June 12. Mabusth encouraged <br />applicMt to submit the appUcation for the CUP to Staff There may also be an application <br />for rezoning needed. <br />Rowlette encouraged the public to attend the Council meeting if they had any opinions to <br />— regarding zoning. <br />The public hearing will be continued to 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 1995.
