S 4 66__:__ <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />Upon approval of this subdivision by llic City Council of Orono, Uie respective <br />owners must apply to the City for legal combination for tax purposes all of the <br />existing and newly created parcels by intended ownership per the proposed legal <br />descriptions labeled A and B in that same survey, and per the combinations <br />shown on the sketch attached to this resolution as Exhibit B. <br />The aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed <br />by the City of Orono with Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Office on or <br />before March 12, 1995 together with a certified original copy of this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the division has not been <br />filed by the date specified above. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new <br />application with the City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this 12th day September, 1994. <br />ATIEST: <br />/? <br />in.
