The applicant has appealed the staff decision to the <br />Council. The attached Council agenda memo of March 22, 1995 and ^e memo from Mike <br />Gaffron dated April 4, 1995 provfde the background information regarding tli.s issue. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />It is staffs recommendation that the subject property be served from Hillside Place rather than <br />from Wallace Avenue. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to deny the appeal and to direct that the access to the subject property be provided from <br />Hillside Place.
