Member Pe9 Swanson seconded the foregoing Resolution and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Van de Ven, Schroeder, Franklin, Swanson <br />and the following voted against same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />UPON MOTION by Pamela Schroeder, seconded by Martha Van de Ven, the <br />meeting was adjourned.
