PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION <br />NO.# 17-117-231ii* 0002. <br />ON THURSDAY NOV. 17*1??U KR. A BUILDER, INFORMED US THAT <br />HE HAD PURCHASED THE PROPERTY EEHIN'D US AND IS PLANNING ON BUILDING <br />TWO HOMES IN THE SPRING. HE PLANS TO HAVE OUR PROPERTY SURVEYED <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING A ROAD BESIDE US TO ACCESS ONE OF THE <br />HOMES HE IS BUILDING. THE BUILDING OF THE ROAD IS OUR OBJECTION. <br />BOTH HOMES, WHEN BUILT, WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO HILLSIDE PLACE ROAD, <br />THERE IS NO NEED FOR A NEW ROAD TO BE BUILT. <br />THE PROPERTY ON WHICH HE PROPOSES THE ROAD WOULD COME APPROXIMATELY <br />7-<i FEET OF OUR HOME, WHICH WE FEEL IS A KAZZARD IN ITSELF, ALSO <br />THE PROPERTY RUNS DOWHHILL AND WOULD DISTURB THE NATURAL FLOW OF <br />WATER AND COULD CAUSE FLOODING OF OUR PROPERTY.
