This proposed <br />lot line rearrangement accomplishes that. <br />Please review the memo and exhibits of August 9, 1994 for additional information regarding <br />these properties. Briefly: <br />• Sewer was assessed to these properties previously. Each resulting lot has a smb <br />available. Fumre owners will pay a $225 unit charge and current SAC charge <br />upon issuance of building permits. <br />• City water is not available and applicants have the option of installing private <br />wells or requesting municipal water extension at their expense. <br />• Hillside Place is a 25 ’ public right-of-way currently existing as a private driveway <br />serving 2250 Bayview Place and 3300 Navarre Lane, both of which are owned <br />by Ms. Segner. Because adding even one additional unit would trigger the <br />requirement for an upgrade of Hillside Place to a private road, Ms. Segner has <br />agreed to eliminate and redirect accesses from the two existing houses, leaving
