French Lake Preserve Park and MWCC Lift Station <br />Prior to the applicant developing preliminary plans for the development of the property, <br />it is necessaiy that the applicant be advised as to the Council's decision concerning the use of <br />drive and if the additional use is approved what level of upgrade would be required. <br />COUNCIL DIRECTION REQUESTED: <br />A. Will Council allow additional residential units to be served by City drive? <br />Proceed no further if Council ’s response is negative. <br />B. What level of upgrade would be required of developer? <br />1) Typical road section for rural road: <br />24’ paved road with 3’ ditches <br />80 ’ paved cul-de-sac <br />OR <br />2)Upgrade of existing drive to a 24’ paved width with innovative turnaround <br />at northeast end. <br />OR <br />3) Pave existing drive with innovative nimaround at northeast end. <br />OR <br />Leave drive as is.
