A BUILDER, INFORMED US THAT <br />HE HAD PURCHASED THE PROPERTY EEHBC JS AND IS PLANNING ON BUILDING <br />TWO HOMES IN THE SPRING. HE PiANS TO -iAVE OUR PROPERTY SURVEYED <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING A ROAD BESIDE US TO ACCESS ONE OF xHE <br />HOMES HE IS BUILDING. THE BUILDING OF THE ROAD IS OUR OBJECTION. <br />BOTH HOMES, WHEI< BUILT, WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO HILLSIDE PLACE ROAD, <br />THERE IS NO NEEL FOR A NEW ROAD TO BE BUILT. <br />THE PROPERTY ON WHICH HE PROPOSES THE ROAD WOULD COME APPROXIMATELY <br />7-6 feet of our HOME, WHICH WE FEEL IS A HAZZARD IN ITSELF, ALSO <br />THE PROPERTY RUNS DOWNHILL AND WOULD DISTURB THE NATURAL FLOW OF <br />WATER AIID COULD CAUSE FLOODING OF OUR PROPERTY. WE HAVE MAINTAINED <br />THIS PROPERTY FOR OVER 23 YEARS, PLANTED EVERGREENS, MOWED AND <br />KEPT THIS PROPERTY CLEARED AS DID THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. <br />MAY I SAY AGAIN, THERE IS NO NEED FOR A ROAD WHEN THE DEVELOPER <br />HAS ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE FOR ROAD ACCESS ON HILLSIDE PLACE. <br />WE WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE AS SOON AS POSSIBE. <br />PATRICU C MATSON <br />2200 BAYVIEW PLACE <br />WAYZATA, MN.
