Mr. Perl has received written notice advising him <br />of Council’s directives advising that the Council will act on his application whether he is present <br />or not at the upcoming March 27th meeting. <br />Mr. Perl advised that he was called out of town the Wednesday before the meeting because of <br />a family fiineral. He has also confirmed with staff that he will be present at the March 27th <br />meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the approval resolution based on the Planning Commission’s <br />recommendation.
