Request for Council Action continued <br />page 4 of 4 <br />March 9, 1995 <br />Zoning File #1992 ______ <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the Planning Conunissions unanimous <br />recommendation of approval. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution. <br />Addendum: The City is in receipt of a letter dated 3/7/95 from Thomas Crosby conarming that <br />applicants will install septic system during construction period of 1995 if they are unable to <br />connect to municipal sewer.
