She feels it is necessary for <br />orono to "re-do" the City's noise ordinance. <br />T sDoke later with City Attorney Rolf Sponheira, indicating I had <br />a copy of the City of Edina's new ordinance <br />dogs. Rolf indicated it was the bevt ordinance of all those <br />i*evi.6wed rolatGci to this matter. <br />It is my suggestion the City of Orono adopt this ordinance <br />relating to noise, providing the necessary standards for <br />enforcement. <br />J
