You and 1 have covered this issi^ before a d <br />am disappointed that you continue to have so little neighborly regard for my property. <br />I am requesting that you remove all the junk and other items placed on my property by you, or <br />your agents, and to move the shed, that you built partially onto my property, back onto your <br />side of the property line. <br />in addiiion to the unsightliness, the trash is destroying the ground cover in my wood(^ aea and I <br />therefore request that you remove all of the trash on my side of the property line within the <br />next thirty days. <br />If you have not removed all of the trash in thirty days, I will seek a court remedy to compel you <br />to do so and ask for compensation for the damage you have caused. <br />As I am informed that you intend to sell your home. I also ask that you move the shed. <br />built a number of feet onto my properly, back onto your own property. I can apprec^te that this <br />is difficult in the winter. Therefore. I am willing to permit you to post a five hundred (Wlar <br />bond with my attorney on the proviso that the shed be moved immediately following the spring <br />thaw. I will not accapt your word to do so; tha shad must ba movad or a bond postad. <br />I would much rather you simply remove the trash and the shed without creating any further <br />problems for either of us.
