Each amenity, subject to <br />acceptance by the Board of Directors, earns 10 points for each <br />item of Group A, 5 points for each item of Group B, and 3 points <br />for each item of Group C. <br />d) Amenity Point Requirements. Special <br />applications require .5 points for each slip over 1:50’ <br />allowance, with a minimum of 20 points. <br />density <br />density <br />j <br />e) Factors Not Considered. The use of special density <br />licenses on the Lake for the purpose of increasing riparian or <br />non—riparian property values is not a valid consideration in <br />permitting such facilities. <br />Subd. 5. Municipal Applicants. In acting on the <br />application of a municipality under this section, density shall <br />be computed by including all shoreline owned by the municipality. <br />Subd. 6. Compliance With Conditions. The failure to comply <br />with any condition imposed by the Board is ground for revocation <br />of the license. Any change in the conditions under which a <br />special density license is issued or the amenities proposed by <br />the applicant will require application for a new license. <br />Subd. 7. No Vested Rights. The granting of a special <br />density license shall grant no vested rights to the use of the <br />Lake, and future regulatory action by the District may require <br />modification or removal of the structure. <br />Subd. 8. Renewals. Except as provided in Subdivisions 6 <br />and 9 of this section, no renewals of special density license <br />applications shall be required; provided, however, that the <br />licensing of all facilities is subject to the annual review and <br />regulation provided in Section 2.03. <br />Subd. 9. Non-conforming Mooring Areas or Structures. <br />Except as otherwise provided in this subdivision, this section <br />shall not apply to mooring areas or structures which are licensed
