The Special Event <br />License is granted subject to the following <br />stipulations: <br />1 Perinit requireitients of the Hennepin County <br />Sheriff's Water Patrol, the City of Orono, <br />H^nepin Parks and the DNR Fisheries must be met. <br />2. Use of starting guns or bull horns is not <br />permitted. <br />3. participants must be notified in tourna ment rule s <br />a. prior to launching in Lake Minnetonka, <br />watercraft that have been in waters <br />infested with zebra mussel, which includes th <br />Mississippi, St. Croix, and St. ^ouis Rivers, <br />and St. Louis Bay of Lake Superior have <br />been thoroucrhly dried or washed-down ^ith hot <br />water at least 140 degrees, inside and out. <br />b. when leaving Lake Minnetonka, all lake <br />weeds must be cleaned from watercraft, <br />including wet wells and internal areas, <br />bait/tackle containers, and external areas <br />including trailers. <br />4.
