If there are <br />changes in the scope of the project, please contact us so that we may review our <br />recommendations and modify them if necessary <br />We recommend that the location of the house be staked in the field. The horizontal <br />distance from the house to the base of the slope and the vertical distance be verified <br />construction starts. The location of the house should be adjusted if necessary to keep the 1:1 <br />zone of influence of the footings inside the slope. <br />We used a survey prepared by Precision Surveys, Inc. as an aid in locating the <br />borings and estimating the elevation at the base of the slope. The elevations of the borings <br />were "shot by Schoell and Madson. Inc. personnel using the benchmark set by Precision <br />Surveys, Inc.
