Pan or all of the feature is located in a shoreland area; <br />The slope rises at least 25’ above the ordinary high water level of the <br />water body; <br />The grade of the slope from the toe of the bluff to a point 25’ or more <br />above the ordinary high water level averages 30% or greater; and <br />The slope must drain toward the w?ter bixly. <br />B <br />C. <br />D. <br />"Toe of the bluff" means the lower point of a 50 ’ segment with an average slope <br />exceeding 18%. Any applicant requesting a permit for construction <br />of sewage treatment systems, roads, driveways, structures or other improvements on steep <br />slopes, shall provide adequate information to allow the City to evaluate possible soil erosion
