The second phase will be <br />filed as soon as the necessary septic testing has been completed for the remaining 21 lots. The <br />Planning Commission completed a sketch plan review of the comprehensive proposal at your <br />October 18, 1993 meeting (review Exhibit G). <br />The following ordinances are pertinent for this review; <br />1.
