•1/} <br />. ■ } <br />/ <br />•V <br />.1 <br />!/0 K O w <br />fi^s-% i <br />4«o^ <br />CITYof ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO.2927 <br />LEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title ooinion addressed to the City. owners^ <br />mortgage holders or others with property interest <br />indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicants must provide certified copies of all <br />recorded easements currently affecting the property. <br />c) Signed and executed Flowage & Conservation Easement <br />over the wetlands/drainageways within Outlot A and Lot <br />2, Please review sample drainage easement enclosed <br />herewith. Please make necessary amendments to include <br />shared driveway to be installed and maintained within <br />designated wetland. <br />d) Signed and executed developers' agreement and letter <br />of credit for installation of sewer and water <br />improvements and private driveway. Applicant to <br />provide letter of credit at 150% of actual cost of <br />improvements . <br />e) Signed and executed Access and Utilities Easement <br />over Outlot A. If shared sewer and water lines extend <br />beyond boundaries of Outlot A» legal description must <br />be expanded to include this area. <br />f ) Copy of private covenants to cover <br />ownership/maintenance of road and culverts and yard <br />areas within Outlot A. Applicants may wish to expand <br />to maintenance of dry land areas of Lot 2 along east <br />boundaries. <br />FEES TO BE PAID: Total Due $300 .00* <br />* a) Park dedication - Park Commission will accept park <br />fee in lieu of lands. Rolf Erickson, City Assessor, <br />has been asked to determine the fair market value of <br />the lands inclusive of Lots 1 and 2 and Outlot A. <br />Applicants to be advised as soon as Mr. Erickson has <br />submitted his findings. <br />Page 4 of 5
