th« city.
Ms. Jeanne A. Mabusth
August 21, 1995
Page 2
4. The following comments are general and apply to the proposed
development of all lots:
a. Appropriate erosion control measures should be taken
during the construction period. Minnesota Pollution
Control Agency guidelines, or their equivalent, should be
followed.
b. If construction involves dewatering in excess of 10,000
gallons per day or 1 million gallons per year, the
contractor will need to obtain a DNR appropriations
permit. It typically takes approximately 60 days to
process the permit application.
C. The comments in this letter address DNR - Division of
Haters jurisdictional matters and concerns. These
comments should not be construed as DNR support or lack
thereof for a particular project.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
